Just let me talk

Cleveland Browns Lets be Realistic!

As a long time Browns fan it is easy to get excited about our first relevant year since I have been able to remember. Its definitely the first year we aren’t looking at what quarterbacks we will be looking to draft at the top since our team was moved to Baltimore.

One paper the browns are loaded at every position but as we all know that in the NFL talent is just one piece of the puzzle. There are two major concerns that I have with the Cleveland browns. The first is out of there power. The NFL Schedulers did them no favors at the beginning of the season. With these team I think there are a ton of toss up games. No tome to get chemistry or gimmie games sin the first 8 weeks. That could be a problem if we are on the wrong end of a couple games and start 3-5, 2-6. This would then put massive pressure on the players and we have some big personalities last thing we need is the media agitating Odell, Landry, or Baker Weekly.

Ultimaltely This will put much pressure on Freddie Kitchens. Which I think many people are already on the fence about the hire. His Rise to head coaching ranks was a very risky but necessary move that was made. But the lack of qualifications or resume to buy him time a slow start will have fans and media wanting his head on a platter or lets say in a dog bowl.

Even though I think the browns start slow what I will say is that I believe that because of the amount of talent they have on the roster they will battle back in the second half of the season. I would just hold off on declaring them as division champs. I think wild card is a much more realistic scenario for the Young Brownies. So hold off the Browns haven’t arrived just yet but they are definitely ready to take that next leap into the playoffs. Which two years ago no one would have even entertained that thought.
